The Role

Shipbrokers are the professionals who make shipping happen — negotiating between owners and charterers, buyers and sellers, moving goods and assets around the world. It is a job that demands discipline, self-starting, and the ability to remain accountable under pressure.

We are looking for experienced dry bulk brokers with an existing client base who can generate fixtures from day one. You will join a small, focused team in Sopot, building something together.

Remote arrangements may be considered for candidates already established in Singapore, Dubai, or Shanghai.

Requirements

EU, UK or USA passport (right to work in Poland required)
Existing client base and verifiable market references
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Understanding of voyage calculation and numeracy
Excellent written and verbal English
Entrepreneurial nature with a strong drive to succeed
Ability to work independently within a team framework

Compensation

Salary: US$1,500–2,000 gross/month depending on experience
13 salaries per year
Performance-based commission structure
