Vessel transactions rarely exist in isolation. Behind every S&P deal is a chain of decisions — technical, commercial, financial, and operational — that must be managed with equal care. We offer end-to-end project management for clients who need more than a broker.

Drawing on over three decades of maritime experience across multiple vessel types and operational environments, we can take responsibility for the full lifecycle of a maritime project: from initial asset evaluation through newbuilding supervision, delivery, and onward management structure.

We work alongside our clients' technical and legal teams, or independently as the principal point of coordination — whatever the project demands. Our emphasis is always on the technical-commercial balance: a well-specified vessel, correctly financed, commercially employed, is the foundation of a sustainable maritime investment.
